Step 1: There are 3 components near the original interface that need to be removed intact. The ones in red will be retained for reuse! The ones in yellow are no longer needed.
Step 2: Add low-temperature tin to each solder pin of the original interface, which will make it easier to remove with a hot air gun
Step 3: Use a hot air gun (350-380 degrees) to heat the interface and then remove the original interface.
Step 4: Use solder desoldering tape to absorb excess tin from the pads around the interface to ensure that the pads are flat and have no protrusions.
Step 5: Clean the motherboard with cleaning water after smoothing it out
Step 6: Use a grinding tool to widen the gap in the interface until it reaches the edges of the pads on both sides.
Step 7: There are three soldering points connected to the motherboard, just solder them separately.
Step 8: After soldering, solder point 1 needs to be tested with a multimeter. The two points in the figure must be connected.
Step 9: Solder the interface shell to the mainboard on the back of the interface to fix it
Step 10: Solder the two components removed in step 1 to the conversion board using a hot air gun (260 degrees), regardless of direction.
Step 11: Clean the motherboard after installation. The final installation effect is shown in the figure
Step 12: After the interface welding is completed, start processing the shell. The bottom opening of the fuselage needs to be widened to both sides to the dotted line
Step 13: The support of the back shell interface is too high and needs to be trimmed a little.
Step 14: After installing the motherboard, install the back cover and slowly grind the hole size according to the interface until it fits perfectly.
