To begin initiating a return, within 14 calendar days of delivery, please return your item to our address (please confirm with us first)and reach out to our customer support team at inquiry@kasynparts.com to confirm the return.


Return the new, unopened items to us within 14 calendar days of delivery.

For any product valued over $10 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.

Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, color, etc. of your product to avoid any returns for exchanges.

Due to the custom made nature of some of our handmade products we can not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any handmade item.

Cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process (Please see above for designated return process).

Regarding returns and exchanges due to taxes and fees
Each country and region has its own tax policy. You can learn about your country’s tax policy before placing an order. If necessary, we can cooperate with your declaration needs.
Please note that our prices do not include any taxes and we are not engaged in the collection and repayment of taxes. We will not refund shipping costs for any dispute due to local taxes.
