Is this fan silent or not? and which brand is it? My original fan coil makes UFO sound, so I need a replacement. Will I lose warranty after changing fan by myself?

very silent good upgrade from my nidec fan that was pretty loud make sure it gets good ventilation so it doesnt ramp up otherwise its silent

I don’t have it yet but for what i have seen on reddit this fan is not the most silent one, but compared to my uFO nmb fan is better. minus one star because the package take too much time like waiting 25 days for a fan?

If your looking for a quiter fan for the ps5 slim I would highly suggest the foxconn. My ps5 slim came with the nmb fan and at first the ufo sound didn’t really bother me but when it came to games like God of war where the majority of the game you have is silent the ufo sound going in and out can get annoying even with headphones I still heard the fan. Main reason for the 4 star is that these foxconn fans appear used. Mine had cosmetic imperfections on it but was a little dirty but cleaning that with rubbing alcohol did the trick. And also when I switched my fan to the foxconn at first boot up it makes a noise line metal hitting each other but the sound goes away almost instantly as soon as it stays to spin up. And when you play depending on the game. You can hear the same metal type noise when quiting a game you can hear the same noise as the fan spins down and same result noise goes away almost instantly.
