In response to the latest tariff policy of the United States, we hereby declare:
- All fees in the transaction do not include any taxes.
- As a seller, we do not bear any taxes imposed by any country or region. All taxes need to be borne by the buyer.
- If the return is caused by the buyer’s unwillingness to pay the tariff, the shipping fee will no longer be refunded.
- It is recommended that buyers use other regions outside the United States as the delivery address. Reduce tariffs.
- If you need to communicate with us about transportation and tariffs when purchasing, please contact us within three days after the order.
- The tax-inclusive delivery channel in the US includes all applicable customs duties and taxes. Therefore, if you choose this option, you will not be required to pay any additional taxes. Please note that this option is only available within the US.
- After three months of testing, the tax-inclusive delivery channel has proven to be more efficient than the earlier postal express delivery method.
Notice to Brazilian Customers
We strive to provide the most suitable shipping services for customers in each region. However, after repeated efforts and discussions, we are forced to close our regular shipping channels to Brazil.
According to our statistics, over 80% of packages arriving in Brazil are returned by Brazilian customs for security reasons. Whether it’s the casing, screws, cables, laser heads, or motherboards, these all pose potential security risks to Brazilian customs. Regarding the declared name, quantity, amount, CPF code, and Brazilian customs code, we strive to learn and comply with their requirements, but packages continue to be detained and returned. A small number of packages are only being delivered after a lengthy delay.
As a result, we are forced to temporarily close our regular shipping channels to Brazil.
